TUK Footwear have been great, the package arrived very quickly, the product is great. I selected the wrong shoes initially and had to email TUK to explain, they were very understanding and sent me a free returns postage sticker to download. I cannot fault them, the shoes are a Christmas present so i am unable to comment on the fit etc
