Dispatch

Orders placed before 10:00am are dispatched on the same day, except on weekends, bank holidays, and during busy periods. Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the next working day.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you. Please note that all quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service, based on standard working days (Monday - Friday).

European Deliveries

We offer FREE* European shipping all orders, when shipping to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

All duty and taxes are covered by T.U.K when shipping to the countries listed above.

For other countries, duty and taxes are not included. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free shipping exclude any products in the T.U.K. outlet, slippers and accessories and any countries not in the list above.

International Deliveries

Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All duty and taxes will be charged at your local rate and are not covered by T.U.K.

An estimated delivery date will be displayed depending on the delivery service selected at the check out.

Returns & Exchanges Information

To request a refund, return your items (or notify us of your intention to do so) within 30 days of receipt. For returns made between 30 and 45 days after the receipt date, a €10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their new, unused condition with all original packaging. Include your delivery note or printed email confirmation to expedite the process of your return. Fail to include this information and it may cause delay processing your refund/exchange.

To request a size exchange, make a note of the desired size on the delivery note/printed confirmation email. If the size you request is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Packaging: Ensure items are safely packaged to prevent damage. Do not attach tape or labels directly to the shoe box. The box should be protected from weather during transit by using the original mailing box or an alternative protective covering.

Conditions: T.U.K Shoes reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are damaged, worn, or tampered with. A €5 fee may be deducted from any refund if the original shoe box is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Returns: We recommend using the most economical tracked service available to ensure your return is received. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will need to cover the return shipping cost (including any Customs charges) unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. If this is the case, please contact us at info@tukshoes.eu before returning any items, and we may ask for photographic proof of the issue. If we are at fault, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing: Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return is received. This returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.
