Delivery Information
Dispatch
Orders placed before 10:00am are dispatched on the same day, except on weekends, bank holidays, and during busy periods. Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the next working day.
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you. Please note that all quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service, based on standard working days (Monday - Friday).
European Deliveries
Standard Delivery - €6 when shipping to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
All duty and taxes are covered by T.U.K to the countries listed above.
For other countries, duty and taxes are not included. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout under international deliveries.
Unfortunately at this time we're unable to ship to the following countries; Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia. We apologise for any inconvenience.
International Deliveries
Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All duty and taxes will be charged at your local rate and are not covered by T.U.K.
An estimated delivery date will be displayed depending on the delivery service selected at the check out.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order! If for any reason you wish to return your order(s) please follow the instructions below:
Using your Customer Reference number and delivery postal code, you can use our returns portal to arrange a return. Orders must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, unworn and in a saleable condition. To arrange a return, please click the button below to start your return:
If you have any questions regarding your order before returning it to us, please contact us at info@tukshoes.eu and we will be happy to help resolve any issues. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their cost.
T.U.K Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a €5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order contract within 14 days of goods delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal please visit our portal here
