**Christmas Extended Returns**
In spirit of the season, any order(s) placed from the 15th November right through until 31st December 2023 will be covered by our 60 day extended Christmas returns policy, allowing you to return any order(s) or gifts within that window up until the 14th January 2024. Simply provide us with the web order reference number (standard returns policy conditions apply).
Delivery & Returns
All other orders placed before 8:30am should be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to stock levels. If the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you. All quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service and are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.
We will notify you of the courier used to send your order in your dispatch email. All orders sent via UPS will require a signature upon delivery.
We offer FREE European shipping all orders, when shipping to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

All duty and taxes will be paid by T.U.K. when shipping to the following mainland EU countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Orders to all other countries will exclude duty and taxes.

European/International Returns Procedure
If after 30 days and up to 45 days after the day you placed the order you wish to return it, we will obtain a €10 restocking fee from your refund.
If after 30 days and up to 45 days after the day you placed the order you require an exchange, we shall credit you with a gift card including the amount you paid for your original order (minus P&P), in the form of an email. This exchange process also applies on orders up to 30 days after being placed.
Goods must be returned in the new, unused condition that they were sent in with all the original packaging. If you're an international customer and you need to return your order to us, please make sure to include your delivery note as this will help us to process your return as quickly as possible once it arrives back to us. Package your item(s) safely to ensure that the shoes and original packaging (including the box and swing tags) are able to arrive back to us in a saleable condition.
Do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the box and make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit (popping in a carrier/bin bag and sealing with some tape is a great alternative to expensive mailing bags). T.U.K Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a €5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you send your return via the most economical tracked service available in your location to obtain a tracking number so that you can make sure that your return gets back to us as we're unable to accept any liability for goods lost in transit when being returned to us.
Please note you will need to pay for the shoes to be returned.
If you need to return an item because of an error on our part or because it's faulty, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any items back so that we can decide how best to assist you in resolving any issues with your order. We may ask for photographic proof of any problems to help us to establish what's gone wrong and if we find that we are at fault then we will reimburse the costs of returning your order to us.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us. Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.
