Very quality made shoes, just as pictured and even more beautiful in real life.
The fit is however VERY small, I usually wear a 37 to 37.5, I sized up all the way up to a 39, as everyone said to do it and they fit perfectly.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and they seem like great shoes. I hope they will last me a long time.

I had a great experience with the customer service! They were super helpful and kind. The shoes are great, they're surprisingly roomy, as they fit loosely with tights and still have room when I wear thick socks, even with my wide feet. There's the usual pain of breaking in the leather at the achilles heel but that's expected! I am very happy with my purchase.

Usually I use a size 38, but I sized up as recommended and it was perfect. Small sewing errors were there but not too noticeable e.g. the ear's fabric was not completely smoothed out.
